TERMS OF USE
BLOCKED DRAINS CENTRAL COAST
Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of our website and engagement of our drainage services.
Last Updated: August 2026 | Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Blocked Drains Central Coast website and any drainage, blocked drain clearing, sewer and stormwater repair, water jetting, CCTV inspection or pipe relining services provided by our crew. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Business Details
Blocked Drains Central Coast is proudly operated as part of the Dial A Tradie network.
All trade work is carried out by fully qualified, insured and NSW-licensed drainage technicians working to Australian Standard AS/NZS 3500.
2. Website Use
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and doesn't constitute technical or site-specific drainage advice.
- While we work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, we don't warrant that all content is free from errors or completely current.
- You agree not to misuse this website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorised access to our servers or booking systems.
3. Services
We offer 24/7 residential and commercial blocked drain clearing, sewer and stormwater repairs, high-pressure water jetting, CCTV camera inspections and trenchless pipe relining across the Central Coast region.
Service availability may vary depending on exact location, severe weather conditions, traffic or site accessibility.
4. Quotes, Pricing & $0 Call-Out Offer
Any initial price estimates given over the phone or online are indicative guides only. Final binding prices are supplied in writing after an on-site inspection.
5. Cancellations & Property Access
Clients must ensure clear, safe access to the property, water mains, electrical switchboards and relevant drainage access points during the scheduled booking window.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of a scheduled arrival time, or a failure to provide property access after a technician has been dispatched, may attract an attendance fee to cover vehicle dispatch and technician operational costs.
6. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantees, rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Our services come with non-excludable statutory guarantees. On top of that, all drainage work carried out by Blocked Drains Central Coast is backed by our exclusive Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- We exclude liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website downtime, unverified reliance on website content or third-party disruptions.
- We're not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, illegal or non-compliant legacy drainage installed by previous trades, or unmapped underground utility lines not disclosed before excavation.
- Where statutory warranties apply, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to re-supplying the service or rectifying verified workmanship defects.
