HEAR FROM OUR TEAM
Don't just take our word for it — here's what it's like to work at Blocked Drains Central Coast.
"I've worked for a few different mobs around the Coast and this is the first place that actually feels like they've got your back. When I wanted to upskill they paid for the course and gave me the time off to study. The rostered days off are genuine too — I actually get to spend weekends with my kids now instead of being on call every second week."
"I was pretty nervous starting my apprenticeship but they paired me with a senior tech who actually takes the time to explain things instead of just rushing through jobs. They cover my TAFE fees which takes a load off. Honestly didn't expect to enjoy it this much but the crew are top blokes and I'll definitely stick around once I'm qualified."
"Came from a bigger company where you were just a number. Here the owners know your name, ask how your family's going and actually listen if you've got an idea about how to do something better. The gear's all new too — proper CCTV setup and jetters that actually work. Makes the job a lot less frustrating."
"I handle the dispatch and scheduling and honestly it's the best office job I've had. The crew in the field are great communicators so my job's easier. They're flexible with school drop-offs too — most places say they are but don't actually follow through. These guys do."
